Cases such as this is why I chose to study Criminology with Law, not because I want to work for the police (in fact its almost the opposite) but for the fact that I want to look behind the scenes and beneath the surface at the 'justice system' (which, I think, is corrupt, disproportionate and at times ludicrous in so many ways) and gain knowledge about why cases such as this take place. If the system was living up to its name, SURELY cases like this shouldn't be happening because the JUSTICE system would be working inn accordance with the wrongly convicted.


So some people may ask me....what are you going to do about it?
My response is...whether I do anything or not...the system is the system and no matter how many or how long people fight for a better one...there will be more cases like this , families and people's lives will continue to get screwed over because of 'THE SYSTEM'.

I mean, yes, a man died a horrible death and the criminal should be dealt with, but let THE CRIMINAL be punished and not the person that just COULD be made responsible for it. And lastly for 'witnesses' in such cases that then go back and revoke their statement -_- go and beat yourself with a bat, jump off a cliff and bury yourself at the pit of hell's belly because that statement you made in that moment of anger or whatever emotion it was...carries someone's chance to live.

Firstly, Whoooooo are you having sex with???
If any girl is smelling like fish down under then she ain't grown enuf to be havin sex. She needs to be grown enough to purchase some femfresh and take a shower before you be laying her down

Thirdly, boys that front...don't knock it till you've tried it! You cant be sayin...arrr that's nasty...if you've never tried it...you can, however say 'i doubt thats for me' but don't think you have any more credibility for slating guys that take pleasure in doing it. SAME GOES FOR GIRLS!!!

Personally, I don't think people should be exposing their business to the world...saying intricate details of their game in the bedzees, it should be btween the partakers of the boot knockin (except in an in-depth session of girl talk lol)

Also people shouldn't be judged on what they choose to do in their moment of sexual heights (LOL) as long as they don't blast it to the world and stuff...it's down to personal preference...

How you gon' win when you ain't right within

I've had this thought process in mind for a very long time and it's a common subject so I thought to right about it......it is....ACCEPTANCE.

SO...I have had an increasing level of aggravation in my spirit over this topic from a few sources...

1. I (almost weekly) read MORE magazine...it is a female's magazine that includes info about gossip, fashion, man facts, horoscopes, sex tips etc. Now...I am all for the banter of hottest men, man facts, what men think, are you pleasing your man and other foolish fun facts as such BUT what I came to notice over recent issues is that instead of those sections being the lesser part of the mag, it's taking over the paper...for instance..before you would get the fashion bargains section as just where to get what from but now it's what to get, where to get it and WHAT MEN THINK OF IT....kmt!!! who cares what men think??? Why is it being made a fact that we must live to please them??

rant will continue in a bit...let me just list one other source...

2. I work with young people, so often see and hear their thoughts and questions about certain things; and of recent it has been quite disturbing to actually hear  girls as young as 10 talk about  how they can't stop thinking about a particular boy *breathes*....etc

aint even gonna go on coz it jus gets me vexed so I'ma just start on my rant....

Ok....this is what annoys me the most....girls will get hung up on what a guy thinks and says about them but then when a man drops their ass they want to chat bout how they can do bad all by themselves, download endless destiny's child, mary j and eve woman empowerment lyrics and tracks... -_____- NO!!!

Dont get me wrong I looove off those artists...BUT! don't YOU, THE FAN be fake..you can't claim to be independent when every aspect about you is subject to a males opinion. Why are you living for someone else???? kmrtttttttttttttttt

Let me assure you...the man you are so hung up on AIN'T thinkin bout you when you're tryna prove your point..., he ain't takin SHIT out on HIS friends even if he did sumthing wrong...how he sees it is that when he sees you, he'll deal with the situation (YOU).

And most of you just fuck up anyway, coz you chat breeze about how your not gonna take shit any more but once he holla's at your ass, spits some bitter nothings (not sweet nothings), gives you that 'I'm coming hither' look....your panties drop!!!

Back to my original point though...why is it that most girls do not feel good about themselves until they get some form of phallic induced comment or display of approval....its not right! Magazines are now filled with mens opinions of what women do, wear, say and think...WHO THE HELL CARES!

I hate that society is breeding a generation of people who think they are not good enough, for example
  - a girl is offended when her bf or a crush doesn't say anything about her new hair, clothes, nails or some shit
  - a girl is not satisfied that she looks good enough unless she gets chirpsed or danced with (at a rave)
  - a girl is not satisfied unless a guy is staring at her and she then tries to act stush(stuck up) and turns him down
AND OTHER FOOLISHNESS SUCH AS THE ABOVE

I know that obviously compliments and all that boost our confidence BUT my point is that it has become a kind of obsession...without the above, a girl does not think she looks good; this is why there is a problem now of girls overcompensating with sex, nails, hair, makeup, heels, clothes, even with talk...its just ridiculous, it's almost like a few years ago when things were pretty much normal boys wern't saying much so people have now turned the dial into full power with the longest most ridiculous styles, colours and length of hair imaginable, the most hilarious amount of makeup (normal and semi permanent...thats 4 ulot with them ridiculous thick ass green tatooed on eyebrows and ridiculously long fake eyelashes) etc...and its so funny because they all still want to chat about how 'they aren't like other girls' and how men should stop complaining...I'm totally for the argument agaisnt men complaining about ALL weave (if it looks good..zip ya lip!) but with the ones I see, men have all right to complain.

ALSO this craze of tattoos...like...I was aware of the hype but now girls (young and old) seem to be just ON getting one on their chest...WTF!!! carry on init....(my opinions on that are another story)

My point is...like my title says (quoted from the great Lauryn Hill) 'How you gon win when you aint right  within'....if you aren't right for yourself...then you will never be right (or win) with anybody.
